Lee Booth has been
working in the meat processing industries since 1983. He is a graduate
member of the Institute of Meat as well as having studied Animal
Welfare at Langford University.
Prior to forming Lee Booth Partners he held positions as Abattoir
Production Manager, Abattoir Manager and an Abattoir Equipment
Technical Sales Consultant.
Lee Booth Partners was formed in 1999 as a collaboration of meat
processing specialist to deliver complete lifecycle solutions to the
meat industry. The aim of the partnership is to bring subject matter
experts together to provide customers with a single point of contact
for all of their meat processing requirements.
This means that Lee Booth Partners can supply your entire meat
processing requirement from animal and livestock handling through
abattoir design, build and operation to carcass refrigeration, storage
and handling leading through to the preparation for retail sale. This
complete solution includes all legislative adherence, efficient
by-product management, boiler/steam facilities and the project
management required to ensure customer needs are fully satisfied.
In setting up Lee Booth Partners "I saw a real problem in the meat
processing industry. Many people were offering bits of the solution but
time and time again I saw a lack of cohesion in, end to end planning
and design. I thought there must be a better way. So Lee Booth Partners
was formed. We have a straight forward approach to meat processing. I
take personal responsibility for capturing and clearly understanding
the customer's requirements. We then pull together a team of experts to
ensure these requirements are fully satisfied in the most cost
effective and efficient manner possible. Most importantly we don't
leave until the requirements have been met or exceeded".
This no nonsense approach has been successful. Lee Booth Partners now
has an impressive list of clients from Government agencies to large and
small meat processing facilities both in the UK and abroad.
Lee's aim for the partnership "The meat processing industry has had a
fair few knocks over the last few years both in the UK and abroad. My
aim is to ensure that all of the industry gets the most appropriate
productivity advice ensuring a product quality and safety that delivers
success to the industry".
